Privacy statement
How Textile Opportunity Space 13 (TOS13) handles the details you send us through the join form.
Who we are
TOS13 is a fieldlab run by a consortium of 18 organisations, led by Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). For anything about your data, email privacy@space13.to.
What we collect
When you fill in the join form: your name, email address and role; details about your organisation, such as its website, location, size, place in the textile value chain and what it makes or does; your interests and question; and the choices you tick at the end of the form.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and involve you in the fieldlab.
- To send you the monthly newsletter, only if you tick that box. You can unsubscribe at any time; your answers stay on file.
- To compare your organisation with TELL, NewTexEco's map of the Dutch textile sector, which is built from public company data. We never share your name, email address or role with NewTexEco.
Where it is stored
Your answers are stored in a Google spreadsheet in the TOS13 Google Drive, and a copy is emailed to hello@space13.to. Only the TOS13 team can see them. We do not sell or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your answers for 10 years. You can ask us to remove your personal details (your name, email address and role) at any time, and we will delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw a choice you made, at any time by emailing privacy@space13.to. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
This website
This site does not use cookies or tracking. It loads its font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch it.
